This certified organic coffee is produced by Silvestre Vasquez and Joel Lopez at Pacavita. Lopez is a fourth-generation coffee farmer and is always finding new ways to improve. Primarily comprised of Caturra and Catuai varietals, the cup boasts notes of sweet brown sugar, cacao nib, and plum. The mouthfeel is balanced and delicate, and the finish is gently sweet cocoa.
